沥青混合料抗剪试验标准研究 被引量:7

摘要 抗剪试验发现,随着沥青混合料最大公称粒径增大,其抗剪强度的变异性随之增大,当最大公称粒径大于16 mm后,该强度的变异性随粒径增大而变得更为剧烈.同时,通过对不同试件尺寸的研究发现,随着压头直径增大,试件强度的变异系数减小.为此,对适应不同公称粒径的沥青混合料抗剪试验标准进行了探讨,并确定了适用于不同公称粒径的试验参数和剪应力系数.另外,确定了非标准试件的抗剪试验参数,并得到了相应的剪应力系数和抗剪强度的高度校正系数公式. By shearing tests of asphalt mixture,it was found that the shearing strength variability was increased with increasing maximum nominal size.When the maximum nominal size is larger than 16 mm,the strength variability of the tests becomes more dramatic.And in the research with different sample sizes it is also found that the strength variability is reduced with increasing press head size.Therefore,it was necessary to study the shearing test standards for different size of asphalt mixture.The test parameters,shearing stress coefficient for different nominal size were determined.Further more,the shearing test parameters for non standard sample were determined,the shearing stress coefficient and height calibration coefficient were also obtained.
