摘要
本文基于正交法设计高强高性能透水性路面砖,以抗压强度及透水系数为主要性能指标,分析水灰比、骨灰比及砂率等因素对透水砖性能的影响,并研究通过使用化学添加剂及改进成型工艺等方法提高其使用性能。研究结果表明,使用正交法设计配合比并辅以化学添加剂及改进的成型工艺可获得高强高性能的透水砖。同时,在实际工程应用中,研究"建科"透水砖对环境的改善作用及其相应设计、施工方法。
The article researched on the permeable brick with high strength and high performance in Orthogonal Method. It took compressive strength and permeable coefficient for main performance index. It researched on the impact on the performance of the bricks by analyzing the factors including water- cement ratio, aggregate -cement ratio and sand rate, etc. , and it researched on the improving performance by using chemical admixture and ameliorating shaping techniques. The research results indicated that high strength and high performance permeable bricks can be obtained by the Orthogonal Method in mixed proportion design, chemical admixture and ameliorating shaping techniques. Moreover, it researched on the application of Jianke permeable bricks to improve environmental impact and the corresponding design and construction methods.
