摘要
针对现有呋喃树脂及磺酸固化剂在生产重、大型铸钢件时遇到的问题,介绍了一种新型呋喃树脂和新型固化剂的性能,其使用方法和传统呋喃树脂和磺酸固化剂完全相同。但该体系具有高的砂温适应性、工艺性能好、环保、铸件质量好、铸件生产综合成本低。能够很好地满足重、大型铸钢件铸造生产的需求。
To solve the problems existing in the production of the large heavy steel castings by conventional self-hardening furan resin, a new type furan resin and curing agent were developed. The result of application showed that the usage of the new type furan resin and curing agent are completely as same as conventional furan resin and curing agent of sulfonic acid, and the new binding and curing system has many advantages such as good sand temperature adaptability, good processing property, friendly environment; the castings with better quality can be obtained in lower comprehensive costs. It satisfies well the production requirement of the large heavy steel castings
