摘要
对江苏太湖红鳍鱼白（ＣｕｌｔｅｒｅｒｙｔｈｒｏｐｔｅｒｕｓＢａｓｉｌｅｗｓｋｙ）的生物学特性，包括种内性状变异、年龄与生长、食性、繁殖与渔业等进行了调查和分析，并对该鱼在太湖渔业开发中的生态地位进行了评价。研究表明，红鳍鱼白大量掠食鲤、鲫鱼幼鱼和鱼卵，而且生长较慢，因此建议将该鱼视为经济价值不大的野杂鱼而限制其在太湖的大量增殖。
Biological characteristics of C erythropterus Basilewskey were thoroughly investigated and analyzed, including character variation, age and growth, feeding habits, reproduction and fisheries. Furthermore, the ecological state of C erythropterus in the fisheries development in Taihu Lake was evaluated. The results showed that C erythropterus rapaciously eat fingerlings and roes of C auratus and C carpio, and it grows slowly. Therefore, the proposal was put forward that C erythropterus should be regarded as wild-fish with lowty economical value and its mass reproduction should be restricted.
