摘要
通过在酚醛树脂(电木粉)中加入5%至30%不同含量的玻璃纤维,在一定的压力和温度下模压成型,将所得到的玻璃钢材料机加工成特定的试样。然后对试样进行耐磨性能和压缩试验,再对磨损后试样表面形貌和压缩试样断口用三维视频显微镜进行观察。结果表明,随着玻璃纤维含量的增加玻璃钢的耐磨性提高,当玻璃纤维含量达到15%,耐磨性趋于稳定;抗压强度随着玻璃纤维增加开始变化不大,当玻璃纤维含量达到15%时,快速下降。磨损表面的纤维和纤维露头明显提高了玻璃钢的耐磨性,而玻璃纤维的加入对抗压强度贡献极小。
Through adding 5% to 30 % of the glass fiber to phenolic resin( phenolic moulding powder) and compacting the mixture to a desired shape under certain pressure and temperature, the samples were prepared. Then the experiments of wear-resisting property is proceed. The surface topography of wear test samples are observed by three-dimensional video microseop. The results show that with the increment of glass fiber content, the wear-resisting property of glass fiber reinforced plastics increases and tends to be stable as the glass fiber content is up to 15%. The compression strength changes little at beginning and decreases fast as the glass fiber content is up to 15%. The micro-analysis show that the fiber and fiber outcrop on wear surface improve the wear-resisting property of glass fiber reinforced plastics greatly. The addition of glass fiber doesn't improve their compression strength evidently.
