摘要
滚齿加工与其它常用的加工方式不同,它属于复杂切削条件下的断续切削,很难确定加工中工件的变形情况。采用CAE技术,针对滚齿加工中的实际情况,利用温度和结构的耦合场分析方法,动态分析了产品在加工过程中的应力和温度分布情况,该结果与理论计算的结果比较接近,从而为滚齿加工提供了一个理论参考。
Different with other machining methods, hobbing is subjected to complicated intermitted machining and it is very difficult to evaluate the deflection ofworkpiece. Hobbing process is analyzed dynamically by CAE technology including its temperature distribution and deflection and stress distribution. After calculation by relevant theory, analysis results are similar with them.
