摘要 核酸适配子是采用指数富集配体的系统进化(SELEX)技术从随机单链寡核苷酸库中筛选出的能与靶物质高特异性、高亲和力结合的配体。核酸适配体由于具有精确识别、易体外合成与修饰等特点,它已在基础研究、临床诊断与治疗以及新药研发等诸多领域展示了广阔的应用前景。鉴于其特有的性质,它们将在环境毒理研究及相关领域,如环境毒素的快速检测、生物体内毒性评价、毒性阻断研究上有着广阔的应用前景。 Nucleic acid aptamers are ligands with high specificity and affinity for their targets,which are screened from large oligonucleotide pools by the SELEX (systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment,SELEX) technology. For their specific character,they have shown the great applicative prospects in the environment toxicology and related research fields. The recent related researches were reviewed in the present paper.
