海带富锗鲜湿面条是一种高营养的绿色保健新产品,该产品具有营养价值高、外观形态好、适口性强等特点。通过试验研究,其最佳生产配方为面粉55%、海带浆25%、富锗豆芽粉3%、水适量、淀粉4.5%、谷阮粉0.5%、食盐0.2%、瓜儿豆胶0.2%。
Kelp fresh-wetted noodle through adding germanium is a kind of high nutrient green health new production. It has a lot of characteristics such as high alibility, good appearance and tasty flator. Though examination the best directions for producing chemicals or metallurgical products is: flour 55%, kelp plasm 25%, bean sprout powder through adding germanium 3%, adequate water, amylum 4.5%, paddy powder 0.5%, salt 0.2%, guar gum 0.2%.
