摘要
为了提高矿井提升机自动化程度,减轻操作人员的劳动强度,设计了基于组态王的矿井提升机监控系统。该监控系统完成对提升机整个运行过程的检测、显示、控制、保护、报警和管理,并把提升机运行记录等参数以及操作人员的操作信息保存到数据库。系统为操作人员对提升机进行监控和维护提供了快速、准确、全面的信息依据,实现了矿井提升机远程监控和自动化管理的目标。
In order to enhance the degree of automation of mine hoister and relieve the labor intensity of operators, this paper designs a monitoring system for mine hoister based on kingview. This system carries out the examination, demonstration, control, protection, warning and management for the entire working course of the hoist and saves the working parameters as well as the operation information of operators to database. The monitoring system provides fast, accurate and comprehensive information for operators to monitor and maintain the hoist. It realizes the goal of remote monitoring and automatic management.
