摘要 研究了用气相色谱-质谱联用法,用选择离子监测技术测定卷烟主流烟气中烟草特有亚硝胺N’-亚硝基去甲基烟碱(NNN)和4-(N-亚硝基甲氨基)-1-(3-吡啶基)-1-丁酮(NNK)。在标准吸烟条件下,将烟气粒相物收集在剑桥滤片上,用柠檬酸-磷酸盐缓冲液和环己烷对粒相物共提取,提取液相继用碱性氧化铝层析柱和固相萃取法进一步纯化。选用选择离子监测技术对亚硝胺定性和定量。在进样量2μL时,方法检出限为9.83μg·L^-1(NNN)和16.92μg·L^-1(NNK),线性范围0.1~5.0mg·L^-1,相关系数分别为0.998,0.996,回收率分别为91.0%,94.8%。 A method of hyphenated GC-MS with selected ion monitoring (SIM) for the determination of specific nitrosamines of tobacco, including N'-nitrosomor-nicotine (NNN) and 4-(N-nitroso-methylamino)-1-(3- pyrigyl)-1-butanone (NNK), in mainstream smoke of cigarette was studied and reported in this paper. The cigarette smoking particulates were collected on a Cambridge filter with a machine under standard smoking conditions. The collected matter was co-extracted with mixture of citrate-phosphate buffer and cyclohexane and then purified on alkaline Al2O3 column and by solid-phase extraction. Identification and quantification of the analytes were performed by the selected ion monitoring technique. Detection limits of the method found were 9.83 μg·L^-1 for NNN and 16.92μg·L^-1 for NNK. Linearity was in the range of 0. 1-5.0 mg · L^-1 with correlation coefficient of 0. 998, 0.996 and recovery of 91.0%, 94. 8% respectively.
