On Dioxins Formed during Recycling of Waste Aluminum

摘要 大力发展再生铝工业,已成为我国铝工业可持续发展的必然选择。但再生铝工业并非业界想象中的"绿色产业",其生产过程中排放的大量肉眼不可见的二恶英及其它有毒有害有机废气尚未得到治理,已经造成了不同程度的严重污染,而业界对此仍缺乏足够的认识。介绍了二恶英的性质、生成机理,参照其它焚烧型工艺的研究成果,对再生铝工业中二恶英的产生及其减排等进行了有益的探讨。 Recycling of waste aluminum in a big way is required by the sustainable development of the national economy. But the dioxins and other invisible toxic gases released during recycling waste aluminum leads to serious pollution to the environment. Up to now, the knowledge of the industries about this pollution is still limited. This paper describes the nature of dioxins and their forming mechanism and provides a valuable discussion about the achievements in realizing the formation of dioxins and reducing the volume of the gases.
