摘要
为了提高海上采油管桩的安装以及平台建造过程中起吊桩腿作业的安全性和科学性,对吊桩器械的承载能力和载荷状况进行定期测试是十分必要的。以钢结构台架作为测力系统承载的主体,在分析吊桩器的工作原理基础上,开发设计了试验台的结构。通过ANSYS软件对系统纵横受力状况进行分析;试验系统以多个液压千斤顶作为施力单元,通过千斤顶协调同步控制。
In order to enhance the security and scientificity of steel piles lifting during offshore platforms construction and installation, it is necessary to implement load calibration regularly to Internal Lifting Tool (ILT). A load calibration system that has a steelwork as force bearing main body is designed based on analysis of ILT's principle. The finite element method is used to analyze the strength of the system. A number of hydraulic jacks im-pose the testing load on the ILT and the factors that infect hydraulic synchronization are analyzed and defined.
