摘要 介绍一种用于FAIMS(高场非对称波形离子迁移谱技术)离子检测器的电源,并简要说明FAIMS工作原理。针对FAIMS离子检测器的特点,设计了高场非对称波电源。实验结果表明,设计思路正确,电源达到了预定要求。 A kind of power supply used in FAIMS ( High-field Asymmetric Waveform Ion Mobility Spectrometry) and the theory of FAIMS have been introduced. According to the characters of FAIMS, a High-field Asymmetric Waveform power supply has been developed. The experimental result has been shown that the design of this power supply is correct.
