内电解技术对高浓度化工废水的预处理 被引量:9

PRETREATMENT TECHNOLOGY OF CHEMICAL WASTEWATER WITH HIGH CONCENTRATION BY Fe/C INNER-ELECTROLYSIS METHOD

摘要 通过无曝气内电解技术预处理高浓度工业废水,在pH4~5、固液比0.8g/mL、停留时间60min、铁炭质量比3∶1时的最佳条件下,COD及色度的去除率分别为71.6%和87.5%,BOD5/COD值从0.09提高到0.19,达到了较好的预处理效果。同时,研究了反应温度对内电解反应的影响。 A study on pretreatment of chemical industry wastewater with high concentration contamination by non-aeratd inner-electrolysis was carried out.The optimum operation conditions are as follows:pH is 4~5,the rate of the solid quality and the liquid bulk is 0.8 g/mL,HRT is 60 min,The ratio of the iron and the active carbon quality is 3∶1,the removal rates of COD and chromaticity were 71.6% and 87.5% respectively,the BOD5/COD ratio was improved from 0.09 to 0.19,and the method reached a good pretreatment effect.And the effect of the reaction temperature on the inner-electrolysis was studied,too.
