摘要
对某钢铁公司油含量6200mg/L、COD含量34000mg/L的冷轧乳化液废水处理进行研究。通过试验选定有机破乳剂SYS和聚合氯化铝联合破乳,二级破乳后油去除率99.58%,COD去除率97.79%。考察破乳剂投加量、破乳时间、搅拌强度、pH等对破乳效果的影响,确定了二级破乳的最佳运行条件。采用隔油-破乳-气浮-过滤处理工艺,出水达到国家污水排放二级标准。
The treatment of cold rolling emulsion wastewater from an iron and steel corporation was studied,whose oil and COD were 6 200 mg/L and 3 400 mg/L respectively.Organic polymer SYS and polyaluminium chloride were used as efficient emulsion breaker.The rate of oil removal was 99.58% and the rate of COD removal was 97.79% after two-step demulsification.The suited conditions of the two step demulsification were confirmed after examining the effects of the amount of emulsion breaker,time for demulsification,mixing intensity and pH on demulsification.The process of separating oil-demulsification-airfloatation-filtration has been adopted.The effluent meets the second-order of the national sewage discharge.
