摘要 移动医疗是正在兴起的医学模式。可穿戴式治疗系统作为实现移动医疗的一种重要方式,其发展还处于初级阶段,但随着相关部件的微型化、集成化、智能化,以及治疗机理的不断发现及丰富,各种治疗系统将可能被穿戴于患者身上,承担随时随地的治疗任务,从而开创临床治疗及先进医疗仪器工业的新局面。本文集中论述了这类治疗设备的可穿戴设计思想,简要介绍了近年来蓬勃发展的可穿戴式检测系统,进而对多类可发展成可穿戴器械的治疗方案进行了剖析,最后归纳出各种可能的可穿戴治疗设备的机理和实现方法,并对可穿戴式治疗系统的发展前景进行了展望。 Mobile-Health is a newly emerging medical concept. The development of a wearable therapeutic system, as an important way to achieve mobile-health, is still in its infancy. With the miniaturization, integration, smart features of device components, as well as continuous development in medical treatments and new discoveries of mechanisms in curing diseases, various therapeutic systems can finally be developed as a wearable system for patients and used for medical treatment anywhere and anytime. This will open new possibilities for clinical practices and advanced medical equipment industry. In this review, the design for wearability of such a system is discussed. The wearable monitoring system, developed rapidly in recent years, is briefly addressed. Particularly, several treatment schemes which can possibly be developed as wearable therapeutic systems are evaluated. Finally, some potential mechanisms and realizing strategies for making future wearable therapeutic systems are summarized. Prospects along this direction are commented.
