摘要
教学领导研究与西方国家对学校绩效和学生成就的关注存在密切关系。自20世纪80年代以来,教学领导研究经历了兴起、削弱和再度回潮三个时期。20世纪90年代末期再度兴起的教学领导研究在内涵和理念上发生了深刻变化,研究重点发生转移;同时,研究者通过实证方式提出了促使教学领导理念融入日常领导行为和工作的一系列关键技能和技术,为大学和学区制定校长培训方案建立了基础。
The emphasis on instructional leadership in the west derived direcdy from the concern about school accountability and students' achievements. Since the 1980s,the study on instructional leadership has experienced three periods as rising,weakening and revival. In the late of the 1990s,the study of instructional leadership was substantially renewed in its connation and concepts, and the focus of study also transferred. At the same time,by using the empirical researching method,some researchers put forward a series of necessary skills and key technology,which can help the instructional leadership concept blend into the daily leadership action and job. All these above could provide nicer basis for the principal training programs made by universities and school districts.
