摘要
利用低温(小于300℃)等离子化学气相沉积技术(P—CVD),在活塞环表面生成双向扩散的金属陶瓷复合层,试验和实际运用表明该技术能提高活塞环的表面硬度、耐磨性、导热性和韧性,并降低金属磨擦系数,从而降低活塞环的工作温度,减少变形,提高气密性,改善发动机整机性能和排放,提高活塞环的使用寿命。
Using low temperature plasma chemical vapor deposition (P-CVD) small tor 300℃ ,to form double diffusion metal-ceramic coating on the surface of piston ring,test and actual application indicates that this technology can enhance the surface hardness .wearability technical and toughness,reduces metal friction coefficient,reduces the working temperature of piston ring and distortion,enhances air-tightness, improves engine performance and emission,enhances the service life of piston ring.
