摘要
假想的粘接而成的两种不同材质的无限板,粘接面存在裂纹的情况下,根据其开口和滑移方向的变位量,将England给出的计算裂纹的应力分布的方程式扩展到同一材质的无限板中。对同一材质的有限板中的混合型裂纹,考虑有限板的影响,导出了沿着裂纹的Ⅰ型与Ⅱ型应力σyy、σxy的计算式,给出了Ⅰ与Ⅱ型应力扩大系数KⅠ和KⅡ的评价方程式。最后,利用有限元法,对有限板中存在的理想的混合型裂纹,以测得的开口和滑移方向的变位量验证了应力分布及应力扩大系数计算公式的有效性。
According to opening and sliding displacement, England developed the basic equations used to calculate stress distribution along the crack occurring in bond face of two different materials. This paper introduces the application of these equations to the same material , the derivation of the equation of stress distribution σyy ,σxy for cracking mode Ⅰ and Ⅱ ,and the evaluation of the stress intensity coefficient KⅠ of mode Ⅰ and KⅡ of mode Ⅱ. The paper ends with the validity of the method, as is verified by measuring the opening and sliding displacements of mixed-mode crack by the FEM analysis.
