摘要 本文先用氨-碳酸铵浸提法净化氧化锌(质量分数为96%)并考察净化的工艺条件。其次,改变传统的固-液相反应为液-液相反应来制备磷酸锌,并考察制备的工艺条件。最后得出,净化的最佳工艺条件是:质量分数28%的氨水与质量分数35%的碳酸铵的体积比为1:2-1:4,净化时间2h;制备的最佳工艺条件是:反应温度70-80℃,反应时间3h,磷酸过量系数为1.1。经比较,产品各项指标均优于国内同类产品,而且对原材料要求不高,成本比直接法降低1301元/t。 A new of ammonia-bake salt for preparation of zinc phosphate from zinc oxide (quality score 96 percent) was described by changing traditional solid--liquid reaction to liquid liquid reaction. The process conditions and factors of the purification and liquid--liquid reaction were inspected respectively. The best condition of the purification process was chosen as follows: the volume ratio of ammonia(quality score 28 percent)and ammonium carbonate(quality score 35 percent)was between 1.2 and 1:4, and the time of the purification was 2 hours. The best condition of the preparation process was chosen as follows: reaction temperature was between 70 and 80, reaction time was 3 hours, excessive coefficient of phosphonic acid was 1.1. It could be summarized that a lot of indexes were better than that of similar products in domestic. The cost of raw materials was lower and of per ton production was lowed 1301 yuan than that of direct process.
