摘要
[目的]制备功能性脾虚腹泻小鼠模型,观察痛泻要方的止泻作用,探索其健脾止泻机制。[方法]番泻叶灌胃造脾虚腹泻的小鼠模型,用痛泻要方进行治疗,观察各组间的腹泻指数、体重变化率及血浆P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)变化。[结果]模型组的腹泻指数、体重增长率、血浆VIP水平与正常组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,<0.01),痛泻要方高剂量组的腹泻指数、体重增长率、血浆VIP水平与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,<0.01),匹维溴铵组与模型组比较能显著改善腹泻指数和血浆VIP水平,对体重变化率无显著性改善。[结论]痛泻要方的作用机制可能与促进Na+从肠腔转运至细胞,使大肠内水分减少、蠕动减缓而止泻有关,或者通过调节紊乱的胃肠激素水平而达到止泻作用。
[Objective]To make functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency in mouse, observe the effect of Tongxieyaofang on this model and explore its mechanism of Jianpi Zhixie. [Methods] Spleen deficiency diarrhea mouse model was made by using Senna. Tongxieyaofang in TCM was used to treat. The differences of diarrhea index, weight growth rate, substance P (SP) and vaso- active intestinal peptide (VIP) level in plasma between all the groups were observed. [Results] The diarrhea index, weight growth rate, the level of VIP of the model group were statistically significant (P〈0. 05, 〈0. 01)compared with those of the normal group. The diarrhea index, weight growth rate, the level of VIP of high-dose Tongxieyaofang group were statistically significant (P〈0. 05,〈0. 01) compared with the Model group, hut Pinaverium Bromide had no such effects. [Conclusion ]The therapical mechanism of Tongxiening on the functional diarrhea due to spleen deficiency may he related to the promotion of Na^+ transport to cells from the colon, and ensure that the water in intestines to reduce and intestines movement to he slow, or he related to the adjustment of gastrointestinal hormone disorders.
