摘要 主要研究了分布式发电对配电网可靠性的影响,考虑到当前配电系统元件和负荷原始参数的不确定性,采用基于区间计算的配电网可靠性评估算法分析了参数不确定性对配电系统可靠性的影响,并通过对网络进行简化等值提高了计算速度。以RBTS-6母线配电系统为例,计算了分布式电源接入前后配电系统可靠性评估的各项区间指标,根据可靠性指标分析了不同接入位置对配电网可靠性的影响,验证了作为备用电源的分布式电源在改善电网可靠性方面的作用。 In this paper the impact of distributed generation (DG) on distribution network reliability is studied. Considering the uncertainty of original parameters in both components and loads of distribution system, the impact of parameter uncertainty of on distribution network reliability is analyzed by reliability evaluation algorithm based on the interval computation. In addition, by means of simplification and equivalence of distribution network the calculation speed is improved. Taking RBTS 6-bus distribution system for example, the interval indices for the evaluation of distribution network reliability are calculated with and without the integration of DG to distribution network. According. to reliability indices, the impact of different interconnection position on distribution network reliability is studied, thus the effect of DG used as a kind of reserve power supply in improving distribution network reliability is verified.
