摘要
研究伸筋草提取物对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠血清类风湿因子(RF)及免疫球蛋白(Ig)的影响,探讨其治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的作用及免疫学机制.采用弗氏完全佐剂(CFA)诱导大鼠AA模型,于造模后第7 d分别灌胃给药伸筋草乙醇、正丁醇提取物,连续给药21 d.ELISA法检测RF,免疫透射比浊法检测IgG、IgM、IgA的OD值.模型组大鼠血清RF和IgA、IgM水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.01).各治疗组RF、IgM、IgA水平均有不同程度的降低,IgG未见有意义的改变.伸筋草乙醇、正丁醇提取物可通过免疫调节机制对佐剂性关节炎发挥治疗作用.

The RF, IgM, IgA level of each treatment set all have lower of dissimilarity degree, the IgG have no meaning of change. The lycopodii extracts can regulate a mechanism an exertive to AA treatment a function through an immunity.
