摘要
在啤酒发酵过程中,温度是一个重要的影响因素,采用单一传感器测量啤酒的发酵温度存在误差大,有较大的不确定性等I采用多传感器测量,弥补了单一传感器带来的缺陷;利用计算机强大的数值计算和信息处理能力,通过对失效数据的剔除和应用自适应加权数据融合技术对有效数据进行融合,提高了测温系统的精度和温度测量的可靠性,建立了模糊控制器的模型;实际应用表明,系统测温准确、可靠。
Multi- sensors monitoring system of beer fermentation temperature, which is an offset to adopting single sensor, is intro duced. Using the multi sensors survey, has made up the flaw which the single sensor brings. Using computer formidable value computation and information-handling capacity, after eliminating fail data, data fusion method based on the adaptive weighting is used. The system precision is improved. And the fuzzy controller model is established. The application indicated that the system is accurate and reliable.
