摘要 为了满足微波暗室雷达天线的测试需求,实现了基于研华工业控制计算机的转台控制系统;介绍了系统的硬件组成,设计了步进电机驱动器脉冲发生电路,以光电编码器为位置传感器并结合A/D,D/A卡及DIO卡PCL722实现了转台的测角系统;为数据采集卡开发了设备驱动程序,基于此驱动程序开发了转台控制软件,可实现转台的指令输出和反馈数据的图形化显示;整个系统结构紧凑,抗干扰能力强,运行可靠;能在整个圆周范围进行测量,测角精度为0.01°。 In order to meet radar antenna measurement requirements, the turntable control system based on industrial control computer of Advantech Co. , Ltd. is designed, composing of the hardware system is introduced. Pulse generating circuit diagram for step motor and the azimuth measurement system in which encoder acts as the feedback sensor are mainly discussed. Driver for DIO card PCL722 and A/D card is developed and control software for turntable is developed based on this driver via visual C+ + 6. 0. The system has compact configuration, strong anti-jamming ability and it can work reliably, measurement can be accomplished in the whole circle, the uncertainty in angular measurement is 0.01°.
