血管内皮生长因子及转化生长因子-β联合检测在老年结核性与恶性胸腔积液中的价值 被引量:3

Value of vascular endothelial growth factor and transforming growth factor-β levels in chest fluid of older patients with malignancy and tuberculosis

摘要 目的监测老年结核性胸腔积液和老年恶性胸腔积液中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)在鉴别老年结核性和老年恶性胸腔积液中的价值。方法老年结核性胸腔积液组31例,老年恶性胸腔积液组30例,分别行胸腔闭式引流术。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)法检测2组患者的胸液中VEGF及TGF-β的水平。结果恶性胸腔积液中VEGF及TGF-β的水平呈正相关(r=0.438,P<0.05)。恶性胸腔积液中VEGF及TGF-β水平[(269±62)ng/L,(125.5±12.0)mg/L]较结核性胸腔积液[(104±55)ng/L,(81±23)mg/L]升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VEGF及TGF-β在老年恶性胸腔积液的形成起重要作用,对恶性胸腔积液与结核性胸腔积液的鉴别具有重要价值。 Objective To investigate the function of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)levels in the pleural fluid of older patients with malignancy and tuberculosis. Methods The levels of VEGF and TGF-β in pleural fluid of 61 older patients were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)method. Results There was significantly positive correlation between the levels of VEGF and TGF-β in the pleural fluid of patients with malignant pleural effusions (r = 0. 438, P 〈 0. 05). The levels of VEGF and TGF-β (269 ± 62 ng/L,125 ± 8. 1 mg/L) were significantly higher in the pleural fluid of patients with malignant pleural effusions group than those in tuberculosis group(104 ±55 mg/L,85 ± 12.0 mg/L) (P 〈0.05). Conelusious These findings suggest that VEGF,TGF-β are significant to the patient with malignant chest fluid and then may play an important role in differentiation of it from tuberculosis.
