摘要 当前,在各种应急通信处理措施中,无线参数的调整是比较方便和低成本的方法之一,本文以美食节应急通信处理为例,介绍了如何通过调整无线参数进行疏导话务的方法,通过这种无线手段,可以最大限度地利用周边基站进行话务疏导,提高网络的利用率,降低美食节区域周边基站拥塞程度。对于其他类似活动的应急话务保障,如烟花晚会、糖果节和各种会展活动等,都可以采用类似方法对活动区域周边的基站进行处理来疏导话务,因此,无线参数的调整虽然具有比较复杂,而且各个参数之间是相互关联的,只要处理合适,就可以带来良好的社会和经济效益,对于应急通信处理具有一定的参考价值。 At present the radio parameter's adjustment is one of the convenient and low costing methods among many radio emergency telecommunications treatments. The author introduces how to adust the raido parameters in order to unblock communications congestion of the Base Transceiver Station near the area, for example, the Delicacy Festival. By means of the radio parameters adjustment, it can share the traffic of the Base Transceiver Station by the Delicacy Festival area and improve the useness rate of the radio network, and lower the congestion degree of the Base Transceiver Station nearby the Delicacy Festival area. For the other festivals, such as Fireworks Evening and the Candy Fsetival, these ways can be used as the same as the Delicacy Festival. If we can deal good with the radio parameters of the Base Transceiver Station carefully when we adjust the radio parameters of the Base Transceiver Station nearby the Delicacy Festival area, though sometimes the radio parameters are very complex, and some radio parameters of the Base Transceiver Station are each other related. The good application of them can bring up great social and economical advantages. Meanwhile, this application may provide a certain reference value when some important Festival is coming and the traffic must be securited in need of emergency treatment.
