具抑菌活性海星内生细菌的筛选及初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 从海星的胃、幽门盲囊和生殖腺内共分离到16株菌株.抑菌实验表明,获得的内生细菌中44%的菌株可拮抗至少一株指示菌,各菌株对不同指示菌的拮抗效果差异较大.其中抑菌能力较强的W2#菌株抑菌谱较广,且对大肠埃希氏菌(Escherichia coli)拮抗作用明显,具有较大研究价值,该菌株分布于海星胃及、幽门盲囊中,但在生殖腺内没有发现.经初步鉴定,W2#拮抗菌株为黄色杆菌属(XanthobacterWiegel et al.,1978)细菌,实验表明W2#细菌在30℃、pH8.0环境下生长较好,在25℃条件下发酵液抑菌活性最高. Sixteen strains of bacteria have been insolated from stomach pyloric caeca and gonad of starfish. The results of the experiment show that 44% strains could inhibit at least one indicator bacteria and different strains possess distinct antimicrobial activity for diverse indicators. Among them the stronger strain W2^# has broader antimicrobial spectrum than the other, it could inhibit Escherichia coli well so it has great research value. This strain was identified as Xanthobacter Wiegel et al. , 1978 and it distributes broadly in the stomach and pyloric caeca of starfish but couldn't be found in its gonad. The experiment has showed that the strain W2^# can grow well in the environment of 30℃ ,pH 8.0 and its fermentation liquids have the highest antimicrobial activity at 25 ℃.
