摘要
目的:观察膈下逐瘀汤加减治疗晚期胰腺癌的近期临床疗效,同时重点观察患者的生存质量。方法:56例晚期胰腺癌患者分成治疗组(膈下逐瘀汤加减+化疗)28例,对照组(单纯化疗)28例,治疗2个周期以上,按WHO标准评价疗效,以KPS评分标准评价生活质量。结果:治疗组缓解率(CR+PR)为52.57%,对照组缓解率为39.29%,两组无显著差异(P>0.05),但治疗组生存质量明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:膈下逐瘀汤能明显提高晚期胰腺癌患者生活质量。
Objective： to observe the near future clinical curative effect of decoction for removing blood stasis under diaphragm to treat advanced stage pancreatic cancer and the quality of living. Method： 56 cases of advanced stage pancreatic cancer were divided into treatment （decoction for removing blood stasis under diaphragm plus chemotherapy） and control （chemotherapy）. The course of treatment was lasting 2 cycles. Living quality was estimated by KSP on the basis of WHO standard. Results： the remission rate was 52.57% in the treatment and 39.29% in the control. There was not significant deviation but living quality obvious improvement in the treatment. Conclusion： decoction for removing blood stasis under diaphragm has the function to obvious improve the living quality of the advanced stage pancreatic cancer patients.
