摘要
应用Aspen Plus软件对气体分离装置和蒸汽管网进行了模拟,通过模型应用,得到了脱丙烷塔、精丙烯塔的最佳回流比和最佳进料位置,查出了蒸汽管网压力降大的原因,解决了加热蒸汽流量显示不准确和外供蒸汽外送压力降大以及ARGG(Atmospheric residum maxiumn LPG plus gasoline)联合装置水热媒的热量富余等问题,为公司挖潜节能创效1000×10^4RMB¥/a以上。
Simulation models of gas separation unit and steam pipe network were built with Aspen Plus software. The best reflux ratio and the best feed entrance locations of the propane tower ( T4001 ) and refining propylene tower (T4003) were obtained through the model optimization, and the root cause of big pressure drop of steam pipe network was found out. The problems of inaccurate indication of heating steam flowrate, big pressure drop of export steam pipeline and surplus thermal energy of water heating medium in ARGG complex unit etc were solved. An annual profitability of more than 10 million Yuan (RMB) could be achieved from saving energy and tapping energy potential.
