摘要
在弱酸性的条件下将6-去氧-6-甲酰基-γ-环糊精接枝到壳聚糖纤维上,制备了接枝γ-环糊精壳聚糖纤维;合成了包合药物左氧氟沙星的γ-CD接枝壳聚糖纤维;测定了不同温度、不同时间下该功能纤维对左氧氟沙星包合与释放性能,并测定了其包合稳定性常数和热力学参数。结果表明,该包合反应为放热反应,分子间的范德华力在起主导作用;包合物的稳定性受温度影响较大,低于25℃比较稳定,35℃释放达到平衡;在同一温度下,释放率随时间的增加而变大。
A new kind of functional chitosan fiber grafted with γ-cyclodextrin was prepared in an acidic medium by coupling γ-cyclodextrin monoaldehyde to chitosan fiber in the presence of sodium cyanoborohydride, which can form 1:1 inclusion complex with levofloxacn, and the tentative mechanism was discussed. The stability constant and apparent thermodynamic parameter of the inclusion complex under different temperatures were determined, and its stability and releasing behavior in aqueous solution were also examined. It is observed that inclusion reaction which is affected by van der waals is one kind of exothermic and the inclusion complex contained in the fiber is rather stable under 20 ℃ , and its release of levofloxacn reaches nearly optimum state at around 35℃, which is near to the normal temperature of the human body.
