摘要
利用锻造6061铝合金管坯,旋压延伸变形获得了!内450mm×3000mm筒形件。通过对旋压变形后6061铝合金筒形件显微组织和性能分析,发现旋压变形后其显微组织细小均匀,材料的塑性和断裂韧性得到提高。
The tube-shaped parts of Ф内 450 mm × 3000 mm were obtained by spinning and extending deformation of as-forged 6061 Al-alloy tube billet. The microstructure and properties of the tube-shaped parts were analyzed. The results show that the microstructure is fine and homogeneous, and the plastic property and fracture toughness of the tube-shaped parts improve.
