摘要
以科学发展观指导船型设计和优化,就是要充分发挥设计者的创造精神,从思想源头科学地认识船型优化的深刻内涵,并相应地将船型设计决策与性能要求、环境条件、经济指标相统筹,通过船型优化思想、方法和手段从传统模式向现代模式迈进,实现船舶综合航行性能指标最优化和经济绩效、功能绩效的最大化。该文着重探讨了国内外学术界和工程界近期予以关注的船型设计和优化的一些观点和前沿发展趋势。
Ship design and optimization under the guidance of scientific outlook of development request that a ship designer should give full play of his creative spirits, scientifically recognize the profound connotation of the ship optimization from the source of thinking, correspondingly make overall plan of ship hull design decision with the performance requirements, environmental conditions and economic indices, and finally realize the optimization of ship comprehensive navigation performance indices and the maximization of the accomplishments of economy and functions by the transformation of the ship optimization ideas, methods and means from the traditional mode to the modem mode. Some viewpoints, attracting great attention of the academic and engineering circles in the world, and frontier developing trends in the ship design and optimization aspect are discussed in the present paper.
