摘要
应用透射电镜和扫描电镜观察了日本血吸虫(Schistosomajaponicum)未成熟虫卵卵壳的超微结构。初产期和胚胎期虫卵卵壳形态结构相似,均有形态多样的微管道贯通卵壳内外,管道内含一些分泌颗粒,管壁由单位膜构成;致密的微棘沿卵壳均匀分布,微棘纵切呈长三角形,横切呈星形,中央有小空腔;卵壳由电子密度低且较厚的外层和电子密度高且较薄的内层构成;卵壳表面有丰富的网样纤维基质。推测卵壳的微管道、微棘和网样纤维基质的形成时期是同步的,皆在雌虫卵模内形成。本文讨论了微管道的结构、功能与意义。
The shell’s structures of immature eggs (in primary stage and embryonic stage) of Schistosoma japonicum were observed by scanning and transmission microsocpes. It is shown that the shell’s ultrastructures of the primary stage and embryonic stage eggs are similar,both of them have microtubes,microspines and net like fibrous matrix.Microtubes,filled with many granules secreted by egg,penestrate through the shell.They are varied in shape,such as line like,bag like,branch like and so on.There is a layer of biological unit membrane in the inner surface of the microtubes.The microspines,star like observed by transverse section,are densely distributed on the surface of egg.Each of them has a less dense centre lucent.The shell itself is composed of a thin,very dense inner layer and a thick,lower dense outer layer.Much of net like fibrous matrix is entanged on the surface of the egg shell. We suggest that the microtubes,microspines and net like fibrous matrix are formed in ootype of female adult at the same time.
