摘要
为探讨胰腺结石的病因、形成机理、诊断和治疗方法，作者总结了１９７９年以来诊治的２８例胰腺结石经验。本组２３例进行了手术治疗，其中胰管切开取石、胰肠吻合术１４例，胰体尾切除术３例，胰十二指肠切除术１例，获得满意效果。作者指出胰腺结石的病因与胰管蛔虫、酗酒、慢性胰腺炎、低蛋白饮食有关，其中心为不规则蛋白网架和碳酸钙的沉淀。Ｂ超可作为首选的影像学诊断方法，ＣＴ对确定诊断和设计手术方案有重要意义。
Twenty-eight patients suffering from pancreatic stones from 1979 to 1995 were hospitalized.Ascariasis in main pancreatic duct,alcohol drinking, chronic pancreatitis,and protein malnutrition were among major causes.The stone consists of irregular central protein network and sediment of calcium carbonate.Ultrasonic examination is first choice.CT scan may establish diagnosis and help in designing surgical approach.Twenty-three cases underwent surgery, including transpancreatic duct lithotomy,pancreatico-nitestinal anastomosis in 14 cases, body-tail pancreateetomy in 3 cascs,pancre aticoduodenectomy in one case. The results were satisfactory.
