摘要
目的研究荨麻科植物葡萄叶艾麻中的化学成分。方法用乙醇提取,经石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇系统溶剂萃取后,将氯仿和正丁醇提取部分,再用硅胶柱层析分离纯化;分别得到3个单体化合物。经化学、TLC、光谱分析及标准品比较,确定为谷甾醇类、硝酸盐类、三萜皂苷类。结果他们分别是β-谷甾醇、硝酸钾,3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-21-β-羟基艾麻三萜皂苷。结论以上3个化合物均首次从该植物中得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical components of Laportea violacea Gagnep of Urtica. METHODS The ethanol extract was from Laportea violacea Gagnep of Urtica. The chemical compounds was isolate with the solvent system from sherwood oil, chloroform, acetidin and n-butyl alcohol. The extraction part of chloroform and n-butyl alcohol were further separated and purified with silia gel column chromatography, which were proved to be sitosterols, sitrate, triterpenoid saponins, the structures of three new constituents were elucidatc on the basis of chemical, TLC and spectral analysis with authentic standards. RESULTS Three of them were identi- fied as β-sitosterol, potassiun nitrate, 3-O-β-D-glc-21-β-hydroxy-laportea macrostachya triterpenoid saponins. CONCLUSION Three constitutes were obtained from the Laportea violacea Gagnep for the first time.
