煤矸石山自燃深度测算方法研究与应用 被引量:21

摘要 分析了煤矸石山自燃深度的测算方法,提出了通过求解煤矸石山内部产热、散热平衡方程来解算煤矸石山自燃深度.研究了煤矸石山内部散热量、产热量的计算方法以及参数取值方法,利用综合导热系数计算矸石山内部散热量,通过折算系数用煤的放热量折算矸石山的内部产热量.通过红外热成像仪采集煤矸石山表面温度数据,使用该方法对某矿自燃煤矸石山的自燃深度进行了测算,误差为15 cm.结果表明:用该方法测算煤矸石山自燃深度是可行的,测算结果的精度可以满足煤矸石山自燃监测及防治的需要. The problem of how to calculate the spontaneous combustion depth, based on a study of the characteristics of temperature distribution in a rock dump, was considered and we propose to answer the question by calculating the spontaneous combustion depth from an analysis of the balance equation of heat generation and dissipation in the rock dump. The question of how to calculate the amount of heat generated and dissipated in the rock dump was investigated, based on physical and environmental criteria and we suggest to calculate the amount of heat, generated by the waste rock of a mine, by the conversion of coal. We also discuss how to calculate the conversion modulus. By surveying the surface temperature of the rock dump with a thermograph, we calculated the spontaneous combustion depth of a combustion mine rock dump, using this method. The error was 15 cm, The result shows that this method is suitable and its precision meets the needs for monitoring, preventing and curing the work of a spontaneous combustion rock dump.
