摘要
随着欠平衡钻井工艺技术的推广,欠平衡钻井条件下气层发现与识别技术越来越引起录井行业的关注,岩屑气分析作为一项配套新技术已引起录井技术人员的重视。岩屑气分析恰好能够消除欠平衡下上部揭开的油气层对下部储集层发现的干扰,弥补常规气测技术的局限。结合大庆油田的实际,在前人工作的基础上,通过对岩屑气分析技术影响因素的分析、检测仪器的改进与配套、操作流程与识别异常方法的建立和应用,进行了实验研究和探讨,给出了应用实例,验证了岩屑气分析技术在欠平衡钻井条件下发现与识别气层的实用性和有效性。
With the expanding of under-balanced drilling technol- ogy,the discovering and distinguishing technology for gas layers under the condition of under-balanced drilling has been paid close attention in mud logging industry.As a new set of matching technology,the cutting gas analysis is thought to be highly important by mud logging operators. Cutting gas analysis can just right remove the obstruction of the oil and gas reservoir revealed at upper part on the dis- covery of the lower reservoir at under-balanced condition, compensating the limit of conventional gas logging technolo- gy.Combining with the state in Daqing Oilfield,on the ba- sis of predecessors' work,the author carried out experi- mental study and discussion by analyzing the influences on cutting gas analysis technology,improving the detectors, establishing and applying the operating process and abnor- mal distinguishing methods.It was verified by practical ex- amples that the cutting gas analysis technology was func- tional and effective for discovering and distinguishing gas layers at under-balanced drilling condition.
