摘要
为探索一种新的治疗方法，对45例女性尿道综合征患者采用罂粟碱加热盐水膀胱灌注治疗，结果38例（84．4％）症状完全缓解或明显改善。有效病例膀胱初感容量和最大容量均显著增加，其它尿流动力学参数亦明显改善。其余病例症状及尿流动力学参数也有不同程度改善。作者认为，罂粟碱加热盐水膀胱灌注是一种较为理想的女性尿道综合征的治疗方法。
We have used papaverine and hot water to treat 45 cases of female urethral syndrome by in travesical instillation, as a new and simple method. Among these cases 84. 4% (38/4d ) were completely relieved or markedly improved. Urodynamic study showed a significant increase of first sensation volume and maximum capacity and other parameters. The symptom and Urodynamic parameters of non-effective cases were improved in some degree as well.
