建立ICU护患沟通制度 预防护理纠纷 被引量:8

摘要 1.1.1危重患者转入后的沟通危重患者转入ICU后精冲高度紧张,首次沟通主要是为了稳定病人紧张焦虑的情绪,告诉病人入ICU是为了更安全更有效、更及时地治疗。操作时先告知病人,以亲切轻柔的话语缓解病人的紧张、恐惧心理。待病人平稳、抢救结束后,再与病人家属进行沟通。
