高校特色办学要有特色文献体系作支撑,图书馆要根据学校的办学特色创建特色文献,形成自己的馆藏文献体系。
A characteristic system of literature is the basic requirement for any higher education institute which intends to set up a specific form of school. The library in the institute should select and collect its literature according to the exact features of the school and then form its own literature system.
