氮掺杂二氧化钛纳米粉体的制备及光催化性能的研究 被引量:14

摘要 以钛酸正四丁酯为钛源、盐酸胍为氮源,用溶胶-凝胶法制备出了氮掺杂的TiO2纳米粉体,采用XRD、TEM、BET和UV-Vis对所制备的粉体进行了物相、形貌和结构表征,并分别在紫外光和可见光下进行了样品对甲基橙的光催化降解实验。结果表明,用该方法制备的N掺杂二氧化钛纳米粉体具有较单一的晶粒尺寸分布,分散性好,团聚少;掺杂样品在紫外光下对甲基橙的降解率比不掺杂样品有大幅度提高,并且在可见光下也具有较高的活性。 The N-doped titania nanopowder was prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV-Vis spectroscopy in phase,morphology and structure. The photocatalytic activities of the N-doped titania nanopowder were examined by photo-decolorization of methyl orange. The results showed that the N-doped titania nanopowder prepared by the method had a single distribution of crystal particle size, a good dispersion and less aggregation. The photocatalytic activities of the N-doped titania nanopowder enhanced greatly under UV irradiation, and it also had a good photocatalytic activity under visible light.
