摘要
医院资产管理是医院管理的重要内容。基于先进的条形码技术、无线局域网技术和智能EDA移动终端的资产管理系统实现了医院资产管理模式的新跨越,提高了固定资产管理的效率和对固定资产进行跟踪管理的水平,简化并规范了资产清点的作业流程。移动资产管理系统克服了传统医院固定资产管理的许多缺陷,具有技术先进、数据实时、方便实用、适用面广等诸多优势,利用移动电脑(EDA)能满足没有无线网络条件下进行的资产清点和管理。由于EDA体积小,携带方便,耗能少,功能强,在移动资产管理系统中更显示出它的优势和魅力。
Hospital assets management is an important content of the hospital management. New progresses have been achieved now in the assets management system based on advanced bar code, wireless LAN techniques and intelligent EDA mobile terminal. The efficiency of the capital assets management and the tracing management of the capital assets have also been improved. Meanwhile, the flow chart of the assets inventory has been simplified and standardized. As compared with the traditional hospital capital assets management, the mobile assets management system has overcome a lot of shortcomings and at the same time, has shown lots of superiorities in many aspects such as advanced technology, instant data, convenient and practical, wide applications, etc. The system is also applicable in the assets inventory and management with no wireless network conditions. Because it is small, portable, energy efficient with strong functions, the mobile computer EDA is now becoming more and more preponderant and attractive in the mobile assets management system.
