摘要
本文从营养基因组学的角度综述了膳食与健康的关系。许多生物活性膳食成分能通过影响基因表达来脱毒,预防炎症、慢性疾病和癌症等,极大地促进人类健康。当然,营养基因组学的发展还不成熟,需要大力研究来最终实现基于个体基因型的营养策略,从而用膳食调整来促进居民健康。
