基于Packie图的常压塔分馏精确度预测数学模型

摘要 对"原油常压精馏塔塔顶产品与一线之间分馏精确度图"和"原油常压精馏塔侧线产品之间分馏精确度图"进行了拟合,提出了基于Packie图的常压塔产品分馏精确度预测数学模型,回归的模型公式平均绝对误差分别为1.431 442、0.477 713,平均相对误差0.063 472、0.029 874,复相关系数0.997 288、0.999 521。分析表明:该数学关联式的计算结果与2个分馏精确度图给出的数据能够很好地吻合,计算准确度高。 Computer-appliable mathematic correlations were reached through fitting Packie Figures. Corresponding parameters and error analysis were compared, to show the mean absolute error is 1. 431 442 and 0. 477 713 respectively, average relative error 0. 063 472 and 0. 029 874, complex related coefficient 0. 997 288 and 0. 999 521 . The result indicated that the correlations were in good harmony with those figures and can be applied in the practical manufacturing.
