摘要
对陪审制度的价值作了客观分析,在比较英美法系和大陆法系陪审制度的优劣之后,提出中国陪审制度的改革方向和举措。
The author objectively analyzes the value of jury system. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of jury systems in Brain -American laws system and China＇ s laws system, the author puts forward the trend and measures of reforms in China＇ s jury system.
