摘要
使用自行设计的高能机械化学球磨机,在室温和煤气气氛下球磨钼粉,得到了亚微米碳化钼粉体。分别利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜对制得的粉体进行结构和粒度分析。结果表明,在球料的质量比为8∶1的情况下经过30h球磨,可得到六方结构的MoC粉体,粉体平均粒度为100nm。在Mo与煤气的高能机械化学反应过程中,球磨机转速的高低对反应速率有重大影响。
Using the mechanochemistry ball mill equipment of specifically designing, the sub-micron molybdenum carbide powders were prepared by high-energy ball milling pure molybdenum powders in coal gas atmosphere at room temperature . The structure and the particle size of powders were investigated by X-ray diffraction and SEM. Results show that at the ration of grinding media to powder weight being 8 : 1 and after 30 hours of milling, the MoC powders with hexagonal structure are obtained,and the average particle size of podwers is about 100nm. During the high-engergy ball milling processing, the rotational speed of mill play the critical role for the reaction rate.
