摘要
针对目前粉末冶金齿轮成形阴模设计精度和效率低的特点,介绍了用变模数法设计计算粉末冶金齿轮成形阴模的新方法,并以Pro/E为开发平台,以Pro/Program为开发工具,进行粉末冶金齿轮成形阴模的程序化设计,从而提高了粉末冶金齿轮成形阴模的设计精度和效率。
In accordance with low design precision and efficiency of compacting die for P/M gears, a new variable modulus method in designing and calculating the compacting die for P/M gears is introduced. And taking Pro/E as development, taking Pro/Program as development tool, the parametric design of compacting die for P/M gears was carried out. So design precision and efficiency of compacting die for P/M gears is improved.
