摘要
阐述了针对工业工程专业07届毕业生展开的跟踪调查和对08届即将毕业的毕业班展开的就业意向调查的调查方案和结果报告,并在调查结果的基础上加以分析,得出有关专业建设成效和就业指导工作方面的结论和建议,以期能为今后的工作提供有效的经验借鉴。
The investigation scheme is put forward in this paper, the employment condition of last two years＇ graduates and their employment intentions were tracked and investigated. According to the scheme, the investigation has been carried out and the results obtained. On the basis of analyzing the results, several conclusions and suggestions, which are expected helpful to the work in the future, are provided about IE speeialty＇s construct and the guidance to getting employment.
