经尿道等离子汽化治疗前列腺增生症(附256例报告)

摘要 目的评价经尿道前列腺等离子汽化(PKRP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效。方法我院采用英国Gyrus公司等离子双极切割系统行PKRP治疗BPH256例。结果256例手术顺利,平均操作时间50min,平均切除前列腺组织36g,无输血、闭孔神经反射及电切综合征发生。术后随访6~12个月,无尿失禁、尿道狭窄等并发症发生。术后平均留置导尿管时间3.2d,拔除尿管后排尿通畅,尿路刺激症状轻,前列腺症状评分从25.0降至5.0,最大尿流率从术前8.0ml/s增至20.0ml/s。结论经尿道前列腺等离子汽化术是一种安全性高、并发症少、疗效确切的手术方法。
